With low loss, high current, high power density, and high reliability, the PQ-type resonant inductor is ideal for efficient, compact resonant power designs. It excels in demanding applications like new energy vehicles and PV energy storage.

 

 

 

Key Features

Low Loss & High Efficiency: The PQ-type core and optimized winding design effectively reduce core loss and copper loss at high frequencies, improving overall power supply efficiency. Its DC resistance (DCR) can be as low as 1.9mΩ, helping to minimize heat generation.

High Current Carrying Capacity: The structural design provides excellent saturation current characteristics, allowing it to withstand very high operating currents without significant inductance roll-off. For example, some models offer a saturation current (Isat) of up to 92.5A.

Compact Size & High Power Density: The PQ-type core structure helps achieve the required inductance and power handling capability within a small package volume, aligning with the trend toward power supply miniaturization. Common SMD package sizes are 27.9mm x 19.8mm.

High Reliability: Products typically meet the AEC-Q200 automotive-grade certification standard and can operate over a wide temperature range of -40°C to +155°C, making them suitable for applications with stringent reliability requirements.
