Low Loss: Flat-wire winding significantly reduces both DC resistance (DCR) and AC resistance (ACR), minimizing heat generation and improving overall energy efficiency.

High Current Carrying Capacity: The flat-wire structure provides excellent high saturation current characteristics, with saturation current reaching above 100A, making it suitable for high-power-density applications.

Miniaturization: With the same number of turns, flat-wire windings occupy much less volume than traditional round-wire windings, contributing to smaller core size, lighter weight, and higher power output.
